Monkey Wrench by the Foo Fighters:

One of my favourite bands. And unlike most of my favourite bands, they’re still going strong! I’ve seen them live twice and they rock.

One of my favourite bands. Have seen them several times in concert and will soon be posting the tabs for songs such as Monkey Wrench, Everlong and most of the songs from “The Colour and the Shape” as well as some songs from other albums including “Razor” from “In Your honour” disc 2.

One of my favourite songs. Another timeless pearl of wisdom from a modern day legend.

Enjoy:

This page is a homage to a rock obelisk. Look below for some nice videos to some of the most monumental rock songs created by man. And also for some nice little tutorial type videos from the masters themselves!

“What, you mean to tell me you’ve never gotten the Led out before?” - Jack black in School of Rock

Led Zeppelin are big contenders for the “greatest rock band of all time” award. For several years in a row, Stairway to Heaven was voted the greatest rock song of all time. Visit my Led Zeppelin page for a nice video and some links to great Led Zeppelin pages, including some rare archive footage.

I can highly recommend Led Zeppelin I, II, III and IV as albums for your collection. In fact, just go and order their entire back catalog right now!

It will be one of the best purchases you ever make.

Watch in amazement. What else can you do in this kind of situation?

Not a reference to the band. This is a seemingly random video for this site, but as music contains such references to circles as the “circle of fifths” and the “circle of fourths”, amongst many others, it strikes me as appropriate. This is a talent that I certainly wish I had!

This is a real milestone for a lot of guitarists. If you can play this, you can pretty much play anything. If you’re new to the guitar, you may want to set this as a *very* long term goal.

I wish you the very best of luck.
